Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
• Promote and sell the company's landed properties and real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Follow up on enquiries and negotiate sales to successful closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media sales will be an added advantage.
• Must reside in Benin City
