Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for self-motivated, highly driven, and execution-focused Business Development Officers who can take clear instructions, act immediately, and independently drive results without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate understands that business development is about creating opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue. This role requires speed and high-quality delivery of tasks.

What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of assigned products and service offerings across the company’s business units.
- Develop a deep understanding of each offering and its value proposition
- Generate qualified leads targeted at the right customer segments
- Actively drive outreach (calls, emails, proposal creation, meetings, presentations) to convert leads into clients
- Consistently close deals and drive revenue using the company’s existing product lines
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, performance, and outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Take full ownership of assigned targets and deliver measurable results
Experience & Qualification Requirements
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
- Demonstrable track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
