    Sales Executives

    Prime Life Transform Limited is seeking passionate, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote our premium healthy lifestyle solutions through educational presentations and personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product presentations, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other approved lead-generation activities.
    • Schedule and conduct in-home, virtual, or office product presentations and healthy cooking demonstrations for prospective clients.
    • Educate customers on healthy cooking techniques, nutrition, lifestyle improvement, and the benefits of Saladmaster products.
    • Present and demonstrate company products professionally, addressing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.
    • Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into successful sales.
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, performance metrics, and activity goals.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, presentations, sales activities, and follow-up using approved company systems.
    • Participate actively in company trainings, sales meetings, product demonstrations, and marketing events.
    • Represent the company professionally and uphold its values, policies, and customer service standards.
    • Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by Management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in any discipline. A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in sales, direct sales, customer service, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply, as successful candidates will receive comprehensive training.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Passion for sales, health, wellness, and helping people improve their lifestyle.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
