    Head of Growth & Marketing

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Provides strategic leadership for building the marketing function of 1159 Realty from inception. Responsible for brand growth, customer acquisition, digital marketing, communications, partnerships, lead generation and creating scalable marketing systems that support company growth.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

    • REPORTS TO: Managing Director / Executive Management
    • SUPERVISES: Marketing Team, Media Team, Content Creators, Digital Marketers, Community Team, External Agencies and Vendors

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute overall marketing strategy.
    • Build marketing department structure, processes and SOPs.
    • Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Lead brand management, PR and corporate communications.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
    • Develop content and communication strategy.
    • Establish CRM, analytics and reporting systems.
    • Collaborate with Sales to improve revenue performance.
    • Develop partnerships and community growth initiatives.
    • Recruit, train and develop marketing team members.

    FIRST 90 DAYS EXPECTATIONS:

    • Conduct complete marketing audit.
    • Develop marketing strategy and growth roadmap.
    • Establish marketing KPIs and dashboards.
    • Build lead generation framework.
    • Recommend marketing team structure.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

    • Qualified leads generated monthly.
    • Marketing contribution to revenue.
    • Customer acquisition cost.
    • Campaign return on investment.
    • Brand visibility growth.
    • Marketing systems implementation.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in marketing, growth, brand management or communications. Proven experience building marketing systems and teams.
