    Job Summary

    The Tender Engineer will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive technical and commercial tenders in line with the company's operational standards. 
    The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work with little or no supervision, manage procurement-related documentation, and support the company’s business development and project acquisition efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and manage tender and bid documents (technical and commercial)
    • Review tender invitations, RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs to determine eligibility and requirements
    • Coordinate tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications
    • Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and cost evaluation
    • Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, engineering) to gather required inputs
    • Maintain an organised tender database and documentation archive
    • Track tender timelines and ensure submissions are completed before deadlines
    • Assist with post-tender clarifications and negotiations where required
    • Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, HSEQ requirements, and client standards
    • Support continuous improvement of tender and procurement processes

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in procurement and/or tendering
    • Basic understanding of engineering services, power systems, generators, or related energy-sector operations
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong analytical and organisational skills
    • Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost evaluation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
