    Job Description

    • The Digital / E-commerce Assistant is responsible for managing the company’s website and digital content, ensuring accurate product presentation, smooth online operations, and consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and update the company website regularly
    • Upload products, prices, descriptions, and banners accurately
    • Ensure the website is functional, updated, and user-friendly
    • Monitor online orders and coordinate with relevant units for fulfilment
    • Take high-quality product pictures and videos
    • Edit photos and videos for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials
    • Prepare products properly for digital shoots

    Sales & Customer Experience Officer

    Job Description

    • The Sales & Customer Experience Officer is responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service across both walk-in and online channels.
    • This role ensures customers receive proper guidance, accurate information, and a seamless purchasing experience while complying strictly with company processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to all walk-in customers professionally and promptly
    • Receive, welcome, and guide customers in selecting appropriate products

    • Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to confirm delivery and collect customer feedback

    HR & Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing all Human Resources and administrative functions of the company. This role oversees recruitment, staff documentation, welfare, compliance, and coordination of internal and external service providers.
    • The position ensures the effective implementation of company policies and supports smooth daily operations across all departments.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources:

    • Manage end-to-end staff recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exits
