Framework Agreement for Hotel Services in Maiduguri at Community Development And Reproductive Health Initive (CODERHI)

Introduction

The Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative (CODERHI) is a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit organization founded in 1999 and headquartered in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. CODERHI is dedicated to improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes and promoting community development through participatory planning and empowerment of vulnerable populations, especially women and youth. The organization's services are collaborative, supportive, and voluntary, implemented in partnership with local stakeholders to enhance health, social well-being, and inclusive community engagement.

Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative (CODERHI) invites qualified, reliable, and reputable vendors to submit sealed bids for the establishment of a Framework Agreement (FWA) for Hotel Services in Maiduguri.

The Framework Agreement will support CODERHI’s meetings, workshops, trainings, and official missions in Maiduguri, Borno State.

Scope of Work – Hotel Services

The selected vendor(s) will provide hospitality services to support CODERHI’s activities, including but not limited to:

• Hotel accommodation for staff, partners, and consultants
• Conference and meeting facilities
• Refreshments and catering services
• Other related hospitality services required for programme implementation

Duration

The Framework Agreement will be valid for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Eligibility Criteria

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation Process

Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with CODERHI’s Procurement Guidelines and will include:

• Administrative and eligibility compliance check
• Technical evaluation (capacity, experience, quality of facilities and services)
• Financial evaluation (competitiveness and value for money)

CODERHI reserves the right to conduct physical verification of hotel facilities as part of due diligence.
