Management Trainee Programme at Genesis Group Nigeria Limited

Core Responsibilities

• Department Rotations: Work across various functional areas (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to understand end-to-end business operations. 
• Shadowing & Mentorship: Observe and learn management techniques directly from department heads and experienced supervisors. 
• Project Management: Contribute to strategic planning and lead process improvement or cost-management initiatives. 
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and compile detailed reports to support management decision-making. 
• Administrative & Floor Support: Assist managers with team supervision, scheduling, performance reviews, and daily operations. 
• Training & Evaluation: Attend corporate workshops, complete required coursework, and pass periodic performance assessments to measure growth. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Adaptability: High flexibility to navigate various departmental cultures, workflows, and changes in environment.
• Leadership: Demonstrable problem-solving skills, initiative, and the drive to motivate others.
