Service Host / Hostess at a Premium Cocktail and Beverage Brand

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Assist customers with menu selections and confidently recommend our signature cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, juices, and food items.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment.
• Resolve customer enquiries courteously and professionally.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Help create a lively, premium atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales and upselling skills are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, lounges, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
