    Medical Doctor

    Job Description

    • Conduct medical assessments of enrollees as required for specific programs or cases.
    • Provide expert medical opinions and recommendations.
    • Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings.

    Utilization Review and Management:

    • Evaluate the medical necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services requested by enrollees or provided by healthcare providers.
    • Apply clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure cost-effective and quality care.
    • Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify treatment plans and ensure adherence to guidelines.
    • Authorize or pre-authorize medical services according to Sterling Health Insurance policies.
    • Assist in the evaluation and credentialing of healthcare providers within our network.
    • Serve as a medical liaison between Sterling Health Insurance and healthcare providers.
    • Participate in provider meetings and address medical-related inquiries.
    • Contribute to the development and review of medical policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
    • Ensure that policies are evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
    • Review complex or high-cost claims to ensure medical necessity and appropriate billing.
    • Provide medical expertise to the claims processing team.
    • Provide medical training and education to non-medical staff on relevant healthcare topics.
    • Develop educational materials for enrollees on health-related issues.

    Digital Marketing Officer

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Sterling Health Insurance\'s overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, website copy, blog articles, infographics, videos, and email campaigns, tailored to the Nigerian audience and the HMO sector.
    • Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence, fostering engagement and building online communities.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic.
    • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to reach target audiences effectively and within budget.
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage enrollees, and promote relevant content and offers.
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, lead generation).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the healthcare and insurance industries in Nigeria.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and sales strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
    • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
    • Perform other digital marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

    IT Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.   
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
