Housekeeping Manager at Luxury Hospitality Company

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations within a luxury hospitality environment. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and committed to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure all rooms meet luxury hospitality cleanliness and presentation standards
• Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs and inspection routines
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Conduct room inspections and quality-control checks
• Manage linen inventory, laundry operations, and cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams on room readiness
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Prepare housekeeping reports and performance updates

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ housekeeping experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in hotel or luxury hospitality housekeeping operations
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Knowledge of housekeeping systems, linen management, and cleaning standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Certification or training in hospitality management is an advantage
