    Sales and Enrollment Specialist

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Enrollment Lead to oversee the entire sales and enrollment process, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on sales expertise to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions to promote available programs and services.
    • Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand requirements, timelines, and program benefits.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable programs or services to clients.
    • Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
    • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospects, enrollments, and client communications using CRM tools or designated tracking platforms.
    • Provide timely support to clients, addressing questions or concerns regarding the enrollment process.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and outreach activities.
    • Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation, conversion, and enrollment.
    • Participate in promotional events, webinars, or info sessions to drive awareness and attract potential clients.
    • Gather and relay feedback from clients to support continuous improvement of services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage retention and referrals.
    • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and documentation standards throughout the enrollment cycle.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience
    • Experience in education, EdTech, consulting, or professional training services is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a high-performing team.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in sales tools and reporting systems.
