Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration,
• Project Management, Development Studies, or related field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience, preferably in agribusiness, rural development,
• or impact-driven organizations.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and human resource management skills.
• Experience with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and impact assessment.
• Strong understanding of agricultural value chains, including sourcing, processing, and
• export markets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Experience working in Northern Nigeria is highly preferred.
