The client is looking to hire a result-oriented Regional Sales manager who will be responsible for driving sales performance and market penetration of the company’s portfolio within the assigned regions. S/he will lead, develop, and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), implement go-to-market strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of regional pharmaceutical markets, distribution channels, and healthcare dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
