Regional Sales Manager (Digital Pharma) at iRecruiters Africa Limited

Job Summary:

• The client is looking to hire a result-oriented Regional Sales manager who will be responsible for driving sales performance and market penetration of the company’s portfolio within the assigned regions. S/he will lead, develop, and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), implement go-to-market strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of regional pharmaceutical markets, distribution channels, and healthcare dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.
