Deposit Mobilisation Officer at Boctrust Microfinance Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize deposits from individual and commercial clients through effective direct marketing strategies.
• Identify and convert prospects into long-term depositors, opening new savings, fixed deposit, and investment accounts.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly deposit targets.
• Guide clients on suitable deposit products and financial services that match their needs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / WASSCE, OND, or HND in any relevant field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or field marketing (microfinance or financial services background is an advantage, but ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome).
• Location: Must reside on or very close to Lagos Island (e.g., Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Onikan, Obalende).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Good problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset.
• High level of integrity, professional work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service.
