Ability to identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other marketing activities.

• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Promote life insurance, education savings, retirement, investment, and protection plans.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent after-sales service, including policy reviews and claims support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development activities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bsc in any discipline
