We’re looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our Automotive Battery business across Nigeria. This role goes beyond traditional sales — you’ll be shaping market strategy, driving distribution excellence, and building strong dealer networks while ensuring customers experience dependable power solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead sales strategy and execution to expand market share across Nigeria.
Strengthen dealer, distributor, and retail presence while unlocking new markets (OEMs, fleets, emerging regions).
Inspire and guide sales & service teams nationwide, building a performance driven culture.
Work closely with supply chain & logistics to ensure smooth product movement and availability.
Influence pricing, promotions, and credit policies while keeping profitability in focus.
Report performance and actionable insights directly to top management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years experience in Automotive Batteries, Aftermarket, Power Solutions, or similar fast-moving industries.
Proven track record managing national or large-scale operations.
Strong dealer/distributor management expertise and market understanding.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
