Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and resourceful Marketing Lead to drive the reactivation and growth of marketing efforts.
• This role blends digital innovation with traditional marketing to support core B2B product lines —Air Compressors, Material Handling, Chemicals, and Shrink/Stretch Wrap.
• You will help build marketing infrastructure, shape brand narratives, and deliver measurable growth, with strong potential to progress into a future leadership position.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Digital Presence:Update and optimize existing websites; develop new product-specific pages; manage and grow official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Content & Communications:Create high-quality, market-relevant content including articles, case studies, newsletters, and sales collateral.
• Email Marketing:Plan and run B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking using the new CRM.
• Event Support:Coordinate logistics, promotions, and collateral for trade shows, webinars, and other events.
• Marketing Technology:Support CRM and marketing tools; analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Sales Enablement:Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing tools, presentations, and support for customer engagement.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 3 – 6 years’ hands-on marketing experience, with proven success in selling Air Compressors, Material Handling, Chemicals, and Shrink/Stretch Wrap.
• Demonstrated success in building or significantly improving a marketing function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and Nigerian market dynamics.

• B2B sector experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
• Vendor management experience.
• Ability to track and report marketing metrics.
