Customer Service Representative at County Cargo

County Cargo is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping people, working with data, and engaging on digital platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and in person
• Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports for management
• Create engaging and informative social media content
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Proactively reconnect with inactive customers to re-engage them with our services

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with both data and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required
• Comfortable using internet-based tools and platforms
• Punctual, dependable, and proactive
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, and analysis)
• Strong understanding of social media concepts (content handling, engagement, and trends)
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver accurate work
• A willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Location Preference

• Preferred candidates in Lagos should reside in Oshodi or nearby areas
