    Machine Operator - Injection & Compression Molding (Husky / Sacmi)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Husky or Sacmi machines for Preform Injection Molding and Cap Compression Molding.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain Husky or Sacmi injection and compression molding machines efficiently.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and output standards are met.
    • Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
    • Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

    Requirements

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst with strong SAP support experience to optimize our supply chain operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements across procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
    • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the use of data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
    • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement,inventory, and logistics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to enhance supply chain efficiency.
    • Forecast demand and supply trends to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages or excess stock.
    • Support vendor management by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
    • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
    • Provide first and second-level support for SAP users, troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
    • 3+ years of experience in SAP support, Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
    • Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or procurement.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and supply chain management software.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.

    • We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and resourceful Marketing Lead to drive the reactivation and growth of marketing efforts.
    • This role blends digital innovation with traditional marketing to support core B2B product lines —Air Compressors, Material Handling, Chemicals, and Shrink/Stretch Wrap.
    • You will help build marketing infrastructure, shape brand narratives, and deliver measurable growth, with strong potential to progress into a future leadership position.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
    • Digital Presence:Update and optimize existing websites; develop new product-specific pages; manage and grow official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Content & Communications:Create high-quality, market-relevant content including articles, case studies, newsletters, and sales collateral.
    • Email Marketing:Plan and run B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking using the new CRM.
    • Event Support:Coordinate logistics, promotions, and collateral for trade shows, webinars, and other events.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in building or significantly improving a marketing function.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
    • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented.
