    Gardener

    Job (Duties and Responsibilities)

    • Maintain hotel gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
    • Water, prune, mow, fertilize, and weed landscaped areas
    • Plant flowers, trees, and other greenery as required
    • Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
    • Identify plant diseases or pests and take appropriate action
    • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
    • Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and decorations
    • Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
    • Report maintenance issues related to outdoor areas

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of gardening and landscaping practices
    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

    • Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and concierge services
    • Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff
    • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
    • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
    • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservations
    • Ensure accuracy of guest records, billing, and cash handling
    • Enforce front office policies, procedures, and service standards
    • Prepare operational reports and performance summaries for management.
