Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM certification is an advantage).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People etc.).
• Close proximity to Oshodi and Mile 2 is an advantage.
