Data Analyst at Ifeanhealth Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Create and automate recurring reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Document data definitions, processes, and analytical methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
