HR Operations Officer at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

• As an integral member of the HCM team, the HR Operations Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations of HR processes ranging from probation, on- boarding and off-boarding as well as employee relations and general HR operations.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

• BSC/HND (2.2/Upper Credit minimum) in Human Resources, Social Science, Arts & Humanities and other related field.
• HRMS systems and database literacy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
• Effective administration and accurate record keeping skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Demonstrate sound judgment, maturity, tact, and a sense for ethics and integrity.
• Analytical and interpretive skills. Ability to integrate information from a wide variety of sources.

Work Experience

• 3 years proven experience as a HR Generalist, HCM operations and office support.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements in systems and processes
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• Impeccable data reporting proficiency
