    People & Operations Lead

    Commerce Alliance Holdings Limited is a financial services group focused on building structured investment solutions that enable individuals and institutions to create, preserve, and scale wealth.

    Through our asset management subsidiary, Invest-Trust Asset Management Limited (ITAML), we are redefining how everyday Nigerians and high-net-worth individuals access real, income-generating investment opportunities.

    We are currently in a high-growth phase and are building a lean, high-performance team to drive our next stage of expansion.

    Role Overview

    The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing the people and operational foundation of the firm, with a strong focus on recruitment, organizational structure, and execution support.

    This role goes beyond traditional HR, it requires someone who can build, drive, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive end-to-end recruitment across all functions, ensuring timely closure of critical roles
    • Build and manage a strong hiring pipeline in collaboration with external recruiters
    • Support the design and implementation of the firm’s organizational structure
    • Develop onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires
    • Establish foundational HR policies, processes, and documentation
    • Track recruitment progress and ensure alignment with business timelines
    • Work closely with leadership to ensure the right people are hired for the right roles

    Requirements

    • 4–8+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
    • Experience in financial services, consulting, or fast-growing organizations preferred
    • Strong execution ability with a track record of closing roles efficiently
    • Ability to operate in a lean, high-performance environment
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

    • Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-moving environment

    Performance Expectations

    • Close 3–5 critical hires within the first 30–45 days
    • Maintain a structured and active recruitment pipeline at all times
    • Reduce hiring cycle time to ≤ 2 weeks per role
    • Ensure seamless onboarding for all new hires
    • Support the establishment of a functional team structure within the first 60 days
