Role Summary
The People & Culture Associate will play a critical role in driving a high-performance culture across Black Pelican Group by leading the optimization and continuous improvement of Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits frameworks.
This role is responsible for ensuring performance systems are data-driven, fair, measurable, and aligned with business strategy, while also managing competitive compensation structures that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
