Group Human Resource Manager at Sterling Pride Limited

Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving people excellence in the hospitality industry? We are seeking an experienced Group Human Resource Personnel to lead and coordinate HR functions across our hospitality operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of HR Executives across all business units to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and support organizational growth.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPM certification is compulsory.
• 5–10 years' proven HR experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems is an added advantage.
