Job Description

As HR / Legal Adviser, the employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Draft legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise documentation and advise clients accordingly.
• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
• Design and implement company policies.
• Research and recommend request performance evaluation method( e.g employee appraisal system)

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Candidate must have been called to the Nigerian Bar and must have completed NYSC
• Candidate must have good communication skills.
• Candidate must reside within Alimosho.
