KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Cold & Hot Menu Items
• Adhere to Recipe & Portion Control Standards
• Maintain High Kitchen Hygiene Standards
• Monitor Food Quality & Ensure Quality Control
• Assist with Prep Work & Stock Management
• Adhere Strictly to Food Safety Guidelines

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc.
• Basic Culinary Training & Experience
• Experience in Kitchen/Restaurant Operations
• Knowledge of Food Handling & Hygiene
• Demonstrate Understanding of Health & Sanitation Regulations
• Ability to work in pressured environments

Work Schedule

• Morning Shift: 7.00am - 3.00pm
• Evening Shift: 2.00pm - 10.00pm
