Job Summary:
- To provide leadership to the Company, to drive the Grow AUM to NIOOBN and increase Asset Management Sales and Marketing of [Institutional, Retail, Corporates, Individual (HNIs & UHNls), Counter Parties and Public Sector].
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of a barchelors degree in any finance-related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with an emphasis on asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development, treasury sales, and wealth management to grow assets.
- Drivedeposit mobilization across institutional, retail, and public sectors.
- Build client relationships and deliver tailored investment solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and market financial products nationwide.
- Support strategy, product development and performance reporting.
