    Sales Manager

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ikeja, Nigeria. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves building strong client connections, preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

    Qualifications

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
    • Leadership and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
    • Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify trends and new business opportunities
    • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing sales processes
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 5 years experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry is a strong advantage
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment sentation skills

    Compensation

    • Salary: Approximately : 400,000 - 700,000 (Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)

    • Clearly defined promotion mechanism and performance standards
    • Promotion Path:
    • Business Development Manager (BDM) → National Sales Manager (NSM) → Senior Management Position
