Factory HR Officer – Female at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Factory HR Manager to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. 
• Ensure complete compliance to the use of bio-metric machine as the sole source of attendance tracking 
• Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees. 
• Provide expertise to Plant on performance management, and Resource planning 
• Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
• Ensure accurate and timely wages and payroll processing 
• Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
• Support health and safety initiatives 

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
• 5years of experience in a manufacturing factory/Plant
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations 
• Salary budget is N300,000 - 350,000 Net 
• Female candidates only for gender balance
