Job Summary

• We are looking to hire a Customer Engagement and Sales Associate.
• You will have an interesting role of working with the elite financing team of our business
• You will provide the essential link between the customers and the financing partners.

Responsibilities
The following are some of the exciting projects you will be working on and responsible for:

• Manage and prequalify within 48 working hours of lead recipient
• Conversion of leads.
• Weekly lead management report
• Ensure complete, accurate and up to date records of customer information are collected and filed 100% of the time
• Ensure that new and existing information is communicated to the customers real-time and guide them through the end-to-end process.
• Communicate and ensure all necessary information and documents are obtained and submitted to the respective financial partner for loan approval, for both consumer and dealers.
• Collate and Manage onboarding documents for consumer and dealer financing.
• Consistently deliver first-class customer service.
• Identify ways to simplify your process to maximize time, reach more customers and be more efficient.

Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and sales competencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Report writing and record keeping.
