Lead and manage the overall operations and business activities of our Real Estate company ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of department heads including the Accountant, Brand Manager, Administrative Manager, and Marketing Team Lead.
Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and policies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of department heads, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across departments.
Identify and address challenges or obstacles to business growth and success, implementing solutions and corrective actions as needed.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among department heads and staff.
Serve as a liaison between Department heads and the Business Owner, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Represent the company in external meetings, negotiations, and business development activities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all business operations and activities.
And all other tasks as may be deemed necessary towards achieving a set corporate objective of the company
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
7 -8 Years of Extensive experience in the Real estate industry as a Business Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real estate or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a real estate setting.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to drive business growth.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the real estate industry.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions to overcome challenges and drive results.
