    • ​​​​​​​8-10 years’ experience in an advertising agency.
    • Planning, scheduling, and executing projects to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Identifying key challenges in client acquisition and devising strategic solutions to drive business success.
    • Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their advertising requirements.
    • identifying new business opportunities through networking, and industry research.
    • Setting and achieving sales goals, forecasting revenue, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
    • Analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve agency offerings.
    • Working with marketing, creative, and account teams to create tailored proposals and ensure client needs are met.
    • Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and tender documents to prospective clients
    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
