Business Growth Associate at a Reputable Company

We are looking for a smart, driven, and teachable graduate to join a growing EdTech business focused on helping organizations train their employees more effectively through e-learning.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in business growth, client engagement, and marketing. You will support activities that drive new customer acquisition, build relationships with organizations, and ensure a great experience for existing clients.

You will receive guidance and hands-on learning opportunities, so prior experience is not required—what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support outreach efforts to introduce organizations to our training solutions
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients
• Assist in converting prospects into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth experience
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email, offline, social media, etc.)
• Track and update customer interactions and progress
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery
• Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and retention

Requirements

• A recent graduate (any discipline)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a business environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident interacting with people (in person, phone, and online)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
