Early Years Teachers / Caregivers at Colourbox Early Learning Hub

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Child Development:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
• Provide regular feedback to parents and management

Operations & Setup:

• Assist in setting up the school’s systems, structure, and daily routines
• Develop and implement efficient classroom and administrative processes
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Work closely with the trustees. 

Marketing & Growth (Added Advantage):

• Support awareness and enrolment initiatives, knowledge of social media marketing
• Contribute ideas to promote the creche within the community

Must live in Ikeja or it's environs.
