Digital Course Production Assistant at Joche Academy

Employment Type: 3-Month Contract - Renewable
Compensation: ₦100,000 monthly base salary plus performance bonus

About The Role

As Digital Course Production Assistant, your main responsibility is to turn approved course scripts and learning materials into polished course videos.

This is a production role. It requires attention to detail, patience, quality control, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

What You’ll Do

Course Video Production

• Create course videos using Joche Academy’s approved AI video tools
• Turn approved scripts into clear, structured video lessons
• Select suitable avatars, voices, pacing, and presentation styles
• Ensure videos look professional and suitable for Joche Academy learners
• Break longer scripts into shorter, learner-friendly video lessons
• Add intros, outros, titles, and basic visual elements where needed

Quality Control

• Review videos before submission
• Check audio quality, pronunciation, captions, pacing, and visual consistency
• Ensure there are no major errors, awkward pauses, wrong names, wrong course titles, or poor transitions
• Make corrections based on feedback
• Ensure videos do not look rushed, careless, or low quality

File Organization & Upload Support

• Name and organize course files correctly
• Maintain folders for scripts, videos, thumbnails, slides, and final exports
• Ensure the correct video is matched to the correct lesson
• Keep production trackers updated
• Prepare finished videos for upload or publication where required

KPIs

Your performance will be measured by:

• Number of approved course videos completed
• On-time delivery of assigned videos
• Quality of videos submitted
• Number of revision rounds required
• Audio, caption, and pronunciation accuracy
• Correct file naming and organization
• Accuracy of lesson matching and upload preparation
• Ability to follow production instructions
• Consistency across course videos

Compensation & Benefits

Contract Note

All course videos, scripts, edits, files, thumbnails, captions, exports, and other materials created during this contract belong fully to Joche Academy.

The role may require access to Joche Academy tools and platforms. All access must be used only for approved company work.
