    Key Responsibilities

    • Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.
    • Sales & Promotion: Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, savings accounts) to meet targets.
    • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
    • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products.
    • Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize losses.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: OND upper credit only.
    • Experience: Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.
    • Skills: High attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.
    • Age: Maximum of 27 years old.

    Job Summary

    • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and business performance support.

    • Close proximity to the island for easy commute
    • Excellent communication and people management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
