Human Resources Officer

Purpose of the Job:

The Human Resources Personnel will be repsonsible for administrative duties of all employees, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and other HR and Administrative functions.

Job Description:
- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Tracking of employees performance and effectiveness
- Compensation and benefits
- Filing of employees documents and credentials
- Overseeing the proper execution of employees duties
- Grievance Handling
- Training and development
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least one year relevant experience in Human Resources
- BSc in Human Resources or any other related field with a minimum of 2:2
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Between the ages of 22 - 30
