Web Developer at IAB Codes Ltd

We are hiring Next.js Website Developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications. You will work with a team to build scalable, efficient, and visually appealing projects using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level):

Interns / Junior Developers:

• Assist in developing web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Learn and implement responsive design principles.
• Work closely with senior developers to understand project requirements.
• Fix bugs and participate in code reviews.
• Improve your skills through mentorship and training.

Mid-Level Developers:

• Develop and optimize web applications with Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Implement best practices for performance, security, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers.
• Contribute to documentation and technical discussions.

Senior Developers:

• Lead development efforts and set technical direction.
• Architect scalable and maintainable applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Improve workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations.

Requirements (Adjusted for All Levels):

• For Interns / Junior Developers:
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and MongoDB.
• Willingness to learn and improve quickly.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.

For Mid-Level Developers:

• 1-3 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB.
• Experience building responsive and optimized web applications.
• Ability to write clean and efficient code.

For Senior Developers:

• 4+ years of experience in web development.
• Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalability.

Nice to Have (For All Levels):

• Experience with GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, or other testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of backend development and APIs.
