About the Role
68byalake is a structured fashion production brand that requires discipline, systems, and intelligent people management. We are hiring an experienced HR / People & Operations Manager to take full control of staff management, enforce structure, and protect the company from operational, legal, and productivity risks.
This role is NOT for people-pleasers, sycophants, or “yes-man” managers.

- Emotional or impulsive decision-making in staff deployment
- Work closely with production to ensure efficiency without burnout
- Monitor punctuality, output, absenteeism, and misconduct
- Maintain proper HR records, guarantor files, warnings, and performance reports
- Act as a buffer between ownership and factory staff, not a praise singer
- Protect the company from HR, legal, and reputational risks
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years HR or operations management experience
- Previous experience in a fashion house, factory, or production-based business is compulsory
- Strong understanding of:

- Ability to say NO when a process is wrong or dangerous
