Management Trainee - Beverage at Amabile di Rosa

The Management Trainee is the entry point into our Beverage commercial career track. Through an intensive 3-month programme, you will learn to build and grow Amabile di Rosa across the trade — Wine Stores, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and lounges) and Supermarkets / Off-Trade. You will open and service outlets, run tastings and activations, build relationships that drive influence, and deliver sell-in and sell-through under the guidance of senior commercial leaders. The role is hands-on, social and fast-moving. Succeed, and you are absorbed full-time as a Trade Account Executive with your own territory — the first step toward Trade Account Manager.

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (HND acceptable) in any discipline; Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields are an advantage.
• 0–3 years’ experience. This is an entry-level / early-career role — internships, campus leadership, retail, hospitality, sales or events experience all count.
• Genuine comfort in social, on-trade and hospitality environments; willingness to work some evenings and weekends around trade activity.
• A full understanding that Amabile is a premium beverage-alcohol brand and the maturity to represent it responsibly.
• Strong verbal communication; working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage; willingness to travel and to relocate to an assigned territory after probation.
