    Senior Human Resources Business Partner

    Role Summary

    • The HRBP is the on-site human resources professional responsible for day-to-day HR operations, staff discipline, attendance management, leave administration, grievance handling, performance documentation, and compliance.
    • This person serves as the bridge between the RxAll Group CEO and RxAll Nigeria Team, ensuring all employment practices comply with Nigerian labor law while supporting the operational goals of the business.

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Business Partner role based in Ibadan. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, providing strategic HR guidance across functions. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs to support a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on workforce planning, managing employee relations cases, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The Senior HR Business Partner will also drive talent development initiatives, partner with managers on coaching and feedback, and use HR data and metrics to guide decision-making and organizational improvements.

    Qualifications Summary

    • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience designing, implementing, and improving HR frameworks and procedures.
    • Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and supporting a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
    • Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and mitigate legal and regulatory risk.
    • Experience in Performance Management, including setting goals, managing review cycles, coaching managers, and supporting performance improvement plans.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using HR metrics and data to inform decisions and track the impact of HR initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage.
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a related sector.

    Qualifications and Experience In Detail

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. CIPM or SHRM certification is an advantage.
    • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience with Talent acquisition, retention and management specialization.
    • Proficient in Talent Branding, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management & Retention
    • Experience in outsourced or managed HR environments preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act, Employees Compensation Act, Pension Reform Act, and NDPR.
    • Experience with payroll processing, PAYE computation, pension administration, and statutory remittances.
    • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Fluent in English. Yoruba is an advantage.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Attendance Rate: Maintain 95%+ daily average across all staff
    • Payroll Accuracy: 100% accurate payroll processed by 25th of each month
    • Statutory Compliance: All PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF remittances made within regulatory deadlines
    • Staff Onboarding: All new hires fully onboarded (contract, NDA, policies, training) within 3 business days of resumption
    • Grievance Resolution: All grievances acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 7 business days
    • Performance Documentation: Monthly performance notes filed for all staff by 5th business day
    • Voluntary Turnover: <15% voluntary turnover among new hires in first 90 days
    • Employee File Completeness: 100% of staff files complete (contracts, NDAs, verification reports, guarantor forms, emergency contacts)
