    HR Officer

    Our client is a fast growing tool hire service for the construction industry situated in the heart of London, starting up in Nigeria. They currently have an opening for a Customer Service Personnel - Lagos

    They currently have an opening for a HR Officer.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Delivering effective support to the head of HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
    • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    • Administering compensation and benefit plans
    • Conducting employee on boarding and help plan training & development
    • Provide support to employees in various HR related functions such as leave management, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
    • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
    • Undertake tasks in performance management · Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
    • Implementing learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions, managing attendance and gathering and evaluating employee feedback
    • Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

    • Average time to update employee records
    • Master data accuracy (Employees)
    • Time to fill vacant positions
    • Percentage of employees receiving regular performance reviews
    • Percentage of employees trained in a given period
    • Percentage of processes automated / systemised 
    • Employee Satisfaction Index
    • Net Promoter Score
    • Percentage of vacation days used
    • Cycle time to process payroll

    Requirements

    • Have an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
    • Possess good knowledge of employment/labor laws
    • Can work comfortably with Microsoft Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft)
    • Show a customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
    • Have excellent communication, people skills, and aptitude in problem-solving
    • Are able to work in a team with a result-driven approach
    • Can communicate clearly, write well and speak eloquently.
    • Possess an extraordinary mind and love to use it.

    Client Relationship Executive

    Our Client is a trusted outsourcing partner to organizations in the Private, Public and Development sectors. They are looking to take on a Client Relationship Executive in Benin.

    Job Summary:

    The Client Relationship Executive, will be responsible for handling all client related duties as assigned by the line manager. The ideal candidate should possess highly refined people skills, and an extensive understanding of what is required to work in a high-pace technology driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate partnerships through ongoing top-level communication and sales strategy.
    • Manage and execute processes and tools for growing the business.
    • Receive and respond to calls and mails directed towards the various official contact channels.
    • Consulting with clients about ways to manage their assets.
    • Ensure all operations aspect of the organization is running smoothly.
    • Ensure accurate daily reporting of all cash transactions and expenses made.
    • Report to your line manager and attend to all duties as assigned by the line manager.

    Job Summary:

    The Operations Support Trainee will be responsible for handling all client related duties as assigned by the line manager. The ideal candidate should possess highly refined people skills, and an extensive understanding of what is required to work in a high-pace technology driven environment. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interface with colleagues and clients in other states
    • Receive and respond to calls and mails directed towards the various official contact channels. 
    • Consulting with clients about ways to manage their assets. 
    • Ensure all operations aspect of the organization is running smoothly. 
    • Ensure accurate daily reporting of all cash transactions and expenses made. 
    • Report to your line manager and attend to all duties as assigned by the line manager.

    Key Requirements:

    • You MUST belong to NYSC 2019 Batch C - Stream 2 just leaving camp.
    • We don't care about your class of degree, but we want people from a top university
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
    • MUST be technically inclined
    • MUST be smart, resourceful and have a high energy level. 
    • Excellent ability to work under little or no supervision. 
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of high growth and continual change 
    • Must be Meticulous and pay attention to details. 
    • Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is an added advantage
