    Business Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    Our client, a leading Manufacturers of all kind of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE Bags and Rolls like Pure Water Roll, Yogurt Rolls, Shrink Wrapping Rolls and Bags, Mattress Liner, Jumbo Liner, Pallet Liner, Shopping Bags and etc. (Printing & Plain) Polythene, Industrial Nylon bags manufacturing Company located in Lagos is seeking for suitable candidates for smart, market driven, Business sales executives for immediate employment.
    The individual would be expected to have an in-depth industry knowledge, drive sales growth, expand the company customer base, and strengthen key value-added solutions in order to deliver in sales performance. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • The ideal individual is expected to drive sales growth and market development by developing new customer base and expanding existing market.
    • To manage the full sales cycle, sales strategy and execution.
    • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships to support nationwide sales coverage and long-term growth.
    • Provide actionable insights to support daily functional price decision and competitive dynamics. 
    • Provide actionable insights to leadership to support pricing and commercial strategy 
    • Promote and develop accurate sales forecasts and implement processes to meet and exceed assigned targets.
    • Collaborate with the internal teams, in order to enhance service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in any social Sciences, or it’s equivalent in related field  
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Polythene manufacturing, or related industries
    • Minimum of two years in sales related role and ability to drive both B2B or B2C sales strategy as applicable.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
    • Commission on every successful deal and performance
