JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

           Monitor Customers enquires and respond to their questions.

• Capture and analyzing appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing and Engineering) to manage reputation, identify key players to escalate issues and coordinate actions
• Responding to customer comments and messages on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Response times within 10 minutes for all interactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and industry information.
• Provide world-class customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of customer contact.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BSC/HND in Marketing,Business Admin or related disciplines
• 3 years or more in Social Media Martketing is required
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the digital media
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability and willingness to approach conversation with a customer as an opportunity, not a problem
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and interest in self-development

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Perform scheduled rountine maintenance such as observing,refueling of generators as well as changing oil and filters.
• Perform emergency repairs both on diesel and petrol generators
• Handle responsibilities of monitoring tools,equipment and spare parts inventories.
• Responsible for ensuring use of spare parts in most effective and productive manner
• To instal generators
• Perform any other related duties as maybe assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• OND Mechanical Engineering/SSCE
• MUST be resident in Onitsha
• MUST be computer literate
• MUST have 5 years above experience/those with SSCE MUST have 10 years or more
• MUST have good communication skills
• MUST know how to read and write
