    Receptionist/Customer Service Rep

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Handle customer's complaints ,provide appropriate solutions,alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
    • keep records of customer's interaction,process,customer's accounts and file documents.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Give customers information about products and service

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • BSC/HND in Mass communication and other relevant course of study
    • MUST be resident in Onitsha
    • MUST have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service
    • MUST be computer literate
    • Proficient in English(Oral and Written)
    • Presentation skills
    • MUST be smart and very resourcesful
    • Open to FEMALE ONLY
