    Recruitment Officer

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.
    • Reporting to the Head of Business Services, you will lead a team of interns and junior recruiters while collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source and screen candidates through various channels to identify top talent.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring requirements and strategic objectives.
    • Lead and mentor interns and junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
    • Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
