    HR Business Partner.

    Join a fast-growing Microfinance Bank and play a strategic role in driving people initiatives, culture, and organisational growth.

    Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and strengthening HR processes that support business success? Do you excel at partnering with leadership to create a positive employee experience? This role offers the perfect blend of strategic HR support, talent development, and business partnering.

    Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month (Net)

    Location: Island 

    Work Mode: Hybrid

    Other Benefits: HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, and 13 months

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals
    • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
    • Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
    • Guide HR policies, compliance, and best practices
    • Develop and implement HR programs that strengthen company culture and employee engagement
    • Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory standards
    • Analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
    • Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide coaching to managers on employee issues
    • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
    • Oversee payroll inputs and ensure accurate HR documentation and reporting

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2–4 years’ experience in HR roles (preferably in banking or financial services)
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and employee engagement practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Must reside on Lagos Island or its immediate environs
